could be the best fried rice I've had in years - it was flavourful and full of premium ingredients. I could easily finish the entire plate myself. Garlic pork and hor fun was also great options for a full hearty meal at very decent heartwarming price in an aircon place. And just look at the plating! we packed another portion home and lao ban niang was so sweet to pack us some green chilli. such a great experience with Lam's garden, will be back for more...

Not sure why the latest two reviews say such negative things.. but personally I am a fan of the crispy noodle. The gravy is clear with nice texture and has a very fresh and clean seafood taste. Noodles are delightfully crispy too, with good variety of seafood in it. The three eggs dish I ordered on the side was also very flavorful, with refreshing lala soup base. Service was also five stars. They were professionally checking on allergens and ingredients which is EXTREMELY RARE in food courts, and were very happy to make adjustments for her shellfish allergy. Would come again if not for very loud foodcourt music which is not their fault!

Best Sheng Mian in town! If you eat the Sheng Mian no where else can match. Some of the other dish such as Herbal Lala Soup, Curry Fish Head and Fried Fish Roe are some of the must try!

Food is fantastic and quite healthy. Good price for high quality. 10/10 Service! Very thoughtful and considerate. They offered and catered specifically to me for a vegetarian version of the fried rice. (For queers: They gendered me correctly without prompt)

It’s a pity that they are closing on 22 Apr, glad to be able to make a trip down. Really likes the dishes here & my overseas friends all agreed that it’s really good. Curry fish head is a must try, the fish is really fresh & soft & the broth is thick and mildly spicy. Salted egg fish skin is really nicely done, crispy & not oily at all.

Greatly disappointed with their so-called signature twin tower crispy noodle. Totally inexcusable standards for serving lukewarm pre-cooked gravy at a tze char stall, which I have the simplest expectation that food when ordered at a tze char stall, should be cooked and prepared only upon ordering. I returned the dish, and the lady told me the gravy hadn't been steamed long enough to be warmed up sufficiently!! They took back the plate and all they did this time, was to heat it up longer. She kept asking me to return to my seat and to come back when the beeper sounds, I declined, choosing to stand at the stall, hearing if the cook is preparing the dish. Alas, it wasn't, it was just heated up again to ensure a warmer temperature. I don't diss stalls usually but this one unfortunately deserves its one star rating.

The seafood hor fun comes with fish slices, prawns and lala. Tasted good - why can't all hor fun taste as good as this? May order a double portion when I come again, or try their other items. It's in a food court with booming music in the background. May be your thing too.

Superb flavour for all the dishes. They use quality ingredients and without MSG however they have all-rounded-flavour. You have to try this remarkable twin towers crispy noodles and the Curry Fish head is so tasty and the gravy itself is mouthwatering that it's worth to order another round of rice. People who enjoy salted egg fish skins chips , you Must try it here and you will not regret it. The prices are not expensive ( 6 dishes + 3 rices + 2 drinks =80+) and good portions. The service staff are the frequent customers who volunteer to work there. It shows that the owner keeps a good relationship with customers and they are super friendly to recommend different dishes and they even helped me to plate the dishes to take nice pictures ! ( So professional!) The whole environment is very hygienic and they even provide tissue on each table and people who do not have facial masks . Even though it is not a big restaurant , it could get really busy. So highly recommend to book in advance. Very pleasant experience and will definitely come back again to try other famous dishes.
